How to Prepare Your Photo, Signature and Documents for Online Job Applications
Updated 27 October 2026
Most applications in Pakistan are now online, and many are rejected for avoidable reasons: a photo over the size limit, a blurry signature, or documents uploaded in the wrong format. Follow this checklist before the closing date.
1. Check eligibility first
Confirm your age on the closing date with the age calculator, including any relaxation, and make sure your qualifications and percentages match the advertisement. Use the percentage calculator to convert marks.
2. Photo
- Recent, front-facing, plain white or light blue background, no filters.
- Resize to the exact pixels and KB requested using the photo resizer.
3. Signature
- Sign with a dark pen on white paper, photograph it from above in good light.
- Clean, crop and resize it with the signature resizer.
4. CNIC
Put both sides on one page at real size with CNIC front & back. Make sure the CNIC is valid on the closing date.
5. Certificates and degrees
- Photograph or scan each document flat, in daylight, and crop to the page edges.
- Convert images to a single PDF with JPG to PDF.
- Combine existing PDFs with Merge PDF, ordered CNIC → Matric → Inter → degree → domicile → experience.
- If the portal limits each file, compress images with the image compressor.
6. Before you submit
- Open every uploaded file again to confirm it displays correctly.
- Double-check name spelling, CNIC number and date of birth against your Matric certificate.
- Pay the fee through the specified bank or app and keep the receipt.
- Save or print the application summary and your roll number slip when issued.
