How to merge PDFs

  1. Click the box and choose two or more PDF files (you can add more in several goes).
  2. Reorder them with ↑ / ↓ – the first file's pages come first.
  3. Press Merge, then download the combined PDF.

Suggested document order for applications

  1. CNIC (front and back on one page)
  2. Matric certificate and marks sheet
  3. Intermediate certificate and marks sheet
  4. Degree(s) and transcripts
  5. Domicile and PRC (if required)
  6. Experience letters
  7. Other certificates

Prepare a clean CNIC page with CNIC front & back, and convert photographed documents using JPG to PDF before merging.

Frequently asked questions

Are my PDF files uploaded?

No. Merging is done in your browser with an open-source PDF library. The files never leave your device, so confidential documents stay private.

Why does it say my PDF is password-protected?

Some bank statements and e-statements are encrypted. Open the file with its password, use “Print › Save as PDF” to create an unlocked copy, then merge that copy.

Will merging reduce quality?

No. Pages are copied exactly as they are, so text stays sharp and the merged size is roughly the total of the original files.

Can I merge images and PDFs together?

Convert your images first with JPG to PDF, then merge the resulting PDF with your other PDF files here.
